Dr. Dahal specializes in rain- and earthquake-induced landslide disaster issues focusing mainly over the GIS-based analysis and geotechnical perspectives. His current research while at Ehime University will be focused on the topo-stress analysis of large-scale landslides in Shikoku Area and Nepal.
